Should a Credit card be charged for FEE based services, will show the payee as "Atlantic Environmental". - Listings that are NOT accepted are: listings from locations outside the United States, Pornographic material or services listings, Pornographic suggested listings, listings considered to be unacceptable for Family viewing, or any services or products deemed illegal by Federal, State, County, or Local government.
This is a membership required site. You must create an account to post your advertisement and/or listing. During account creation you are required to provide a valid
Email address (subject to verification), select a nickname and specify
your geographical location to include State, City, and Zip Code. You may supply the rest of the information
on voluntary bases. You may always change your account information by
logging on to HelpUFind.com. You are agreeing to receive emails from
HelpUFind.com regarding ads posted by you and other information
regarding your account. In addition if you select to participate in our
Email list (selection is made during registration) you may receive an
occasional Email News Letters regarding new services or promotions available through HelpUFind.com. The "HelpUFind Terms of Use" may be changed at anytime without notification. It is the user's responsibility to check periodically to determine if there are any changes. For your convenience we will date stamp the "HelpUFind Terms of Use" whenever a change takes place and used red colored text to indicate the changes. We reserve the right to decline, refuse access to this site, terminate membership/account use, and/or delete any advertisement should the listing or advertisement not meet the standards of the "HelpUFind Terms of Use" without notice and at the sole discretion of the Owners of this site. All decisions are final.
This is a family orientated site and unsuitable, discriminatory postings or language, Adult Sex Material, Pornographic, Foul or Pornographic Language, to include and not limited to Sex Dates, Toys, Photos, Material, Massages, etc., will NOT be tolerated or allowed and the posting(s) will be deleted and membership suspended. - Multiple Listings of the same Ad is NOT allowed and will lead to deletion of Ads and your Account.
- Listings from International Locations are NOT accepted.
- Fake addresses or Phone Numbers will not be tolerated and the Classified removed and the User Suspended from using the site.
Advertisers are responsible for not violating any Federal, State, or Local laws in the placement and posting of advertisements and listings.

account may be removed from our service under
one or any combination of the following circumstances: returned or bounced Emails, inactivity for more than a
year, violation of this Terms of Use, law enforcement request, use of
this site for SPAM, illegal Harass, threaten, and embarrass any person
or entity; Stalk, threaten
or otherwise violate the legal rights; Publish materials, which
violates copyright, trademark, trade secret or any other proprietary
rights unless you are lawful owner of the Rights or have permission of
the owner to post such a material; Hack into any part of the Web Site;
Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state,
national or international law, including but not limited to any
regulations having the force of law while using or accessing
HelpUFind.com or in connection with your use of
HelpUFInd.com in any manner; Post
Spam, chain letters, promotional materials or any form of solicitation,
advertise or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial
purpose, other than in areas of the website intended for such uses.

initiated by you, and/or unforeseeable technical difficulties or issues.
